Junior Sales Representative with Italian

Your key responsibilities will be:

During first months:

– Track sales orders
– Follow customer payments
– Help resolve sales-related issues
– Maintain leads and products database
– Produce reports from the CRM system

Between 4 – 6 months:

– Cold calling: sales, prospecting, lead generation
– Deal structuring & negotiation
– Attending industry events
– Monitor mass media and internet resources for respective markets.
– Ensure merchandising guidelines and criteria are followed in store and web, maintaining brand image;

After first 6 months:

– Be confident with actively pushing our current products, taking pre-orders for new ones and at the same time buying back from the dealers marketing through their sales channels to facilitate sell through.
– Planning, Development and implementation of the commercial strategy of the company
– Propose and implement creative ideas to generate new business /with focus on product launches, promotions, etc./;
– Organizing Events on respective markets and contribute to promoting the company’s products
– Build, Develop, optimize and maintain profitable relationships with our key accounts and prepare various strategies to enhance the sales and market share growth.
– Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the pro audio market (If you don’t have it, we will teach you).

The ideal candidate must have:

– Interest in eventual career development in Sales
– Business acumen
– Account management experience ( preferably B2B )
– Excellent command of the English language
– Excellent command of Italian language
– Excellent computer literacy
– Very good communication and analytical skills
– Ability to work in team
